Celebrities and Experts Converge for Mental Wellness Dialogue

On April 7, 2026, the lineup for the highly anticipated 4th annual Hollywood & Mind Summit was exclusively revealed. This significant event is scheduled to take place on May 1, coinciding with the commencement of Mental Health Awareness Month, at the Beverly Hills campus of the United Talent Agency (UTA). Luminaries from the entertainment world are slated to participate, including Emmy Award-winning television personality Karamo Brown, beloved singer-songwriter David Archuleta, accomplished actress, writer, and director Anna Konkle, and Emmy-winning actor Joshua Bassett. Beyond these prominent names, the summit will also feature a diverse array of influential voices such as author and podcast host Shudufhadzo Musida, actor J.R. Ramirez, musical artist Jordy, economic commentator Kyla Scanlon, and bestselling author Alex Banayan. The Hollywood & Mind collective, which organizes this summit, is dedicated to fostering positive mental health and overall well-being. Cathy Applefeld Olson, the founder of the organization and a veteran journalist, highlighted the summit's commitment to supporting the mental health of individuals across all sectors of the entertainment industry. The event aims to inspire hope and develop scalable solutions that can positively influence the broader culture. Discussions will delve into personal narratives, the power of storytelling in mental health, and contemporary issues such as the interplay between movement and mental wellness, financial stability's impact on mental health, and navigating the complexities of mental health in the digital landscape of social media. The UTA Foundation proudly continues its role as a founding partner for the fourth consecutive year. Rene Jones, a UTA partner and chief of social impact, expressed the foundation's honor in contributing to a day dedicated to connection and thoughtful programming. The event's partners include Milk & Honey Music + Sports, Hallmark Media, Lululemon, The Fresh Program, Calm and Collected Music Group, NAMI, The Center for Mental Health in Entertainment at Belmont University, First Entertainment Credit Union, Love You Three, Yacht Water, Maybelline New York, Happy Coffee, and Koia, all collaborating to make this vital summit a success.

This year's Hollywood & Mind Summit underscores the growing recognition of mental health's importance across all industries, particularly in the demanding world of entertainment. By bringing together diverse voices and perspectives, the summit offers a powerful platform for sharing experiences, fostering understanding, and collaboratively seeking innovative solutions to promote mental wellness. The emphasis on contemporary topics such as social media's influence and financial well-being reflects a forward-thinking approach to addressing the multifaceted challenges individuals face in maintaining good mental health. It serves as a reminder that open dialogue and collective action are essential in destigmatizing mental health issues and creating supportive environments for everyone.
