Pioneering AI Infrastructure: A New Era of Growth

Analysts Boost Confidence in Nebius Group's Trajectory

After reviewing Nebius Group's first-quarter financial results, Compass Point has substantially raised its price target for the company's shares. On May 14, the investment firm increased the target from $150 to $260, reaffirming its 'Buy' rating. This positive reassessment highlights the firm's strong confidence in Nebius Group's future prospects and its leading position in the burgeoning AI market.

Stellar First Quarter Fuels Financial Performance

Nebius Group NV reported a remarkable 75% quarter-over-quarter increase in total group revenue, reaching $399 million from $227.7 million in the previous quarter of 2025. This impressive growth was primarily driven by its AI Cloud segment, which saw an 82% surge in revenue, climbing from $214.2 million to $389.7 million. The AI Cloud now accounts for an overwhelming 98% of the company's total revenue, showcasing its pivotal role in Nebius Group's financial success.

Optimized Profitability and Expanding Annual Revenue

The company also announced a significant rise in annual recurring revenue, which climbed to $1.92 billion. Concurrently, the group's adjusted EBITDA surged to $129.5 million. The AI Cloud segment's adjusted EBITDA margin notably expanded from 24% to an impressive 45%, reflecting enhanced operational efficiency and increased profitability within its core business.

Ambitious Power Capacity Targets for Future Growth

In a strategic move to support its aggressive expansion, Nebius Group NV has revised its designated power capacity goal for the end of 2026. The new target stands at over 4 gigawatts, an increase from its previous objective of over 3 gigawatts. The company has already secured over 3.5 gigawatts towards its initial 2026 goal and has also arranged for up to 1.2 gigawatts at a new facility in Pennsylvania, reinforcing its commitment to scaling its infrastructure.

Empowering AI Innovation Globally

Nebius Group NV operates as a cutting-edge technology firm dedicated to providing essential infrastructure and services for AI developers worldwide.
