Arabella Olivia Clark, the talented 10-year-old actress, has embraced her ability to evoke fear in audiences. In a recent interview, following the successful premiere of her film 'Other Mommy,' Clark, sporting a jacket with her character's name, Bela, expressed her pride in her work. In the movie, Clark portrays the daughter of Ursula (Jessica Chastain) and Russ (Jay Duplass), a young girl tormented by a menacing doppelgänger of her mother, known as the 'Other Mommy.' The film, directed by Rob Savage, opened at the top of the box office, grossing $12.6 million on its debut day, marking a significant milestone as Clark's first leading role in a feature film.

Despite her proficiency in the horror genre, Clark herself remains unfazed by scary elements. She humorously admitted her affection for spiders, snakes, and all things creepy, even the dark, confessing that she struggles to identify anything that truly frightens her. Her mother, Rachel Clark, affirmed Arabella's adventurous spirit and willingness to tackle any challenge, a trait that extends beyond her acting career. Clark is an avid reader, having devoured Josh Malerman's novel 'Incidents Around the House,' the source material for 'Other Mommy,' in just three days, even experiencing chills from the story. Her interests also include sailing and swimming, with her swimming skills proving beneficial during the film's production. While she enjoys the horror genre, Clark aims to broaden her horizons into science fiction, expressing a desire to work with Steven Spielberg on a potential 'E.T.' sequel, perhaps even featuring characters like Rocky from 'Project Hail Mary.'

Clark's experience on the set of 'Other Mommy' was filled with learning and fun, particularly working alongside Jessica Chastain. She admired Chastain's ability to balance motherhood, acting, and even studying for Harvard, describing it as an inspiring experience. Clark also shared fond memories, like Chastain's impressive witch cackle, which she found more amusing than frightening due to the supportive and lighthearted atmosphere maintained by the cast and crew when cameras weren't rolling. Furthermore, Clark has found a valuable mentor in former child actress Mckenna Grace, who reached out to offer guidance on navigating the industry. This mentorship highlights the supportive community within Hollywood, fostering young talent like Clark as she embarks on what promises to be a remarkable career.

The journey of a young actress like Arabella Olivia Clark exemplifies the spirit of curiosity and courage. Her eagerness to explore diverse roles and her fearless approach to challenging scenes serve as an inspiration.
