Navigate the Perilous Medical Maze: Your Essential Handbook to Saving a Life in Silent Hill: Townfall!

Decoding the "Zoe: The Patient" Mission: An Overview of Your Critical Responsibilities within the St. Amelia Medical Centre

The "Zoe: The Patient" mission in Silent Hill: Townfall is an extended and arduous undertaking set entirely within the St. Amelia Medical Centre, following the "Journey to Medical" mission. To successfully save the patient, you must accomplish a sequence of critical tasks. This involves accurately interpreting vital signs, conducting X-rays, procuring specific medications from various locations within the hospital, precisely administering these treatments, and finally, locating an intubation kit. Each of these stages presents its own unique set of challenges, some requiring keen observational skills and logical deduction, while others demand stealth and combat proficiency against the lurking threats.

Mastering Vital Sign Analysis: Accurately Assessing the Patient's Condition Despite Dr. Glenn's Unhelpful Directives

Upon commencing the "Zoe: The Patient" mission, you'll find yourself in a surgical suite. Your first actions should be to secure an HP-recovery kit from the nearby sink and retrieve the map of St. Amelia Medical Centre from the wall, both indispensable resources. Following a brief, unhelpful exchange with Dr. Glenn via the intercom, you'll be tasked with reporting the patient's blood pressure, pulse, and blood oxygen levels. The challenge lies in distinguishing the correct readings from five different machines. The key is to trace the colored cables connecting the patient to the specific monitor displaying the requested vital. For instance, if blood pressure is requested and displayed in green, follow the green cable to its corresponding machine. Errors in this step will result in health loss. The correct sequence for reporting vitals is: blood pressure at 70/40 (green numbers near the sink), pulse at 162 (yellow numbers at the patient's left foot), and blood oxygen levels at 80% (red numbers near the patient's head).

Executing Precision X-rays: Illuminating the Patient's Skull and Chest for Diagnosis

Your subsequent objective is to conduct X-rays of the patient's skull and chest. Access the X-ray room using the door code 7103, found on your pager. To determine the appropriate X-ray settings, locate the white laptop near the patient, ensuring you press the easily overlooked power button on the bottom right. Navigate to the "X-ray dosage table" to retrieve the necessary parameters. For a skull X-ray, interact with the computer adjacent to the X-ray machine, aligning the camera so that four white squares perfectly frame the patient's head. Then, input the following settings into the X-ray machine: Site: Skull, kV: 3, mA: 7, Time: 1. After powering on and pressing the green button, repeat the process for a chest X-ray with these adjusted settings: Site: Chest, kV: 7, mA: 3, Time: 1.2. Conclude this segment by placing both developed X-rays on the whiteboard in the patient's room.

The Medical Scavenger Hunt: Locating Three Essential Medications Amidst Hospital Dangers

Your next critical task involves searching the St. Amelia Medical Centre for three distinct medications. Exercise extreme caution, as hostile entities patrol the corridors and rooms. The Tensobromide 11mg can be found in the Pharmacy Store; exit the surgery room, turn left, and wait for the patrolling monster to pass before entering. The Dextracyclate 2.5mg is located upstairs in Bay 6, near the bed in the northeast corner; be aware of another creature in this area. While there, retrieve a sticky note containing the Records Room door code from the northwest office. Finally, the Hydroxalene 3mg is in the Records Room, situated within the Chapman Ward on the ground floor. Use keypad code 2605 to gain entry; the medicine is inside a closet. Once all three medications are secured, return to the patient in the surgery room.

Precise Infusion Protocols: Administering Medications According to Patient-Specific Dosages

Back in the surgery room, you'll receive instructions to administer treatment using the infusion pumps. Three pumps are connected to the patient, and you can place the collected medicines into them in any order. The crucial element is setting the correct infusion rates. Note the patient's weight, 88 kg, displayed on the whiteboard. Consult the same laptop used for X-ray settings to access the medication dosage table. For a patient weighing between 81-90 kg, the infusion rates are: Tensobromide 11mg at 8, Dextracyclate 2.5mg at 15, and Hydroxalene 3mg at 7. To set each rate, interact with the pump, select "set rate," input the number, and then press "ready pump." Once all three pumps are prepared, activate the "ready" button on the small square device positioned to the patient's left.

Basement Expedition: Retrieving the Intubation Kit from the Depths of the Medical Centre

The doctor will then instruct you to contact 5353 to gain access to the basement, where the intubation kit is stored. Use the reception desk phone for this call. Be mindful that the lurking monster may still be in the hallway if it hasn't been dealt with. Take the elevator down to the basement by selecting "B." The intubation kit is located in the storage room. To facilitate retrieval, you can utilize the radio in the kitchen to create a diversion for the monster. Upon returning to the surgery room with the intubation kit, proceed to intubate the patient by carefully moving your cursor around the vein on the screen until it glows red and pulsates, then hold down the interaction button. Completing this mini-game signifies the successful conclusion of the Silent Hill: Townfall patient puzzle, leading to a cutscene and the commencement of the "Many Into One" mission.
