Donna Gigliotti, a highly acclaimed producer, has an impressive track record that includes winning an Academy Award for Best Picture for "Shakespeare in Love." Her work has also garnered multiple other Best Picture nominations for critically acclaimed films such as "Hidden Figures," "Silver Linings Playbook," and "The Reader." Beyond her production achievements, Gigliotti has contributed significantly to industry governance. She served a six-year term on the Board of Governors for the Academy Museum of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, where she held key positions as Governance Chair and Finance Chair, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to the broader cinematic community.

Mike Farah brings a diverse background to his new leadership role. Early in his career, he worked as an assistant to former PGA president Stephanie Allain, establishing a foundational understanding of the industry. Farah is an accomplished producer with three Emmy Awards to his name and was notably the first producer for Funny or Die, starting in 2008. His recent production credits include the film "Weird: The Al Yankovic Story" and the television series "@fter Midnight." After nearly two decades with Funny or Die, Farah recently transitioned to working as an independent producer, further broadening his experience and influence within the entertainment landscape. His journey reflects a deep engagement with both comedic and narrative forms of content creation.
